This is a pretty cool photo article from LIFE magazine. Pictures of ’70s rock stars with their parents. Some of these are hilarious juxtapositions of the pot-smoking hippie generation and the buttoned-up WWII generation. I liked this one of Clapton and his mom. I especially loved the one of David Crosby and father. It reminds me of what my father and grandfather would’ve looked like at that age, had my dad been a pot-smoking hippie and not a fluke, Vietnam-War-supporting holdover from the Greatest Generation. Love you Dad.
